Policies

Cancellation Policy. 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.  All fees accrued must be paid prior to booking future services with me. Electronic reminders are a courtesy, it is your responsibility to show up to your appointment. 

No Call/No Show Policy. 

Please notify me if you must cancel or reschedule, even if it is within 48 hours. Any no call no shows will be required to pay 100% of the missed service before being allowed to book another appointment with me. 

Late Policy.

Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. You will be required to pay the 48 hour cancellation fee before rebooking. 

Refund Policy.

I do not offer refunds on services. 'Redos' or 'Adjustments' may be made at my discretion, if brought to my attention within 10 days of receiving your original service. 

Salon Policies:

Children/Extra People Policy.

My salon space is designed to comfortably fit only a small number of people. It is a single chair space, and although we do have a comfortable couch in our small reception area, it can easily start to feel cramped if too many people are in the space. Please do not bring extra people to your appointment unless it is necessary. With that in mind, the space is also not designed for children. Please do not bring any children with to your appointment. I may need to reschedule you, and the above policies will apply. There are many breakable items, and it can be a safety hazard to small children. I know that child-care can be an issue for many, so please communicate with me prior to your appointment if there are any concerns about this policy, and we will come up with a solution that works for both of us. 

By Appointment Only Policy.

Bleach Bomb Hair is a private studio space, meaning it is by appointment only. To ensure minimal interruptions to my clients, and for safety reasons, the door will remain locked during appointment times. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are early, feel free to text me and let me know (- I tend to run early as well) , but please allow the client before you to enjoy their full appointment time.
